We bought this product on the recommendation of it being listed as the top 10 antivirus software. However, our computers slowed down to a crawl, and we couldn't figure out what was going on. Finally, my husband went out and bought BitDefender (note that there is no review of this product) on the basis of it getting much better reviews (Webroot was listed #17 out of 17 - dead LAST). He did a a scan, and it pulled out all the culprit viruses still lingering in the system. Webroot is not very intuitive in use. The Firewall component is a joke, and all it did was slow my system down further. While initially, I was happy with the product, long-term use has proven this to be a lemon. When I inquired at Webroot about how other antivirus software pulled malware out of my system that theirs had missed, they insisted that I hadn't updated my definitions. I do that on a daily basis. I also regularly check for updates of the product.

Kami membeli produk ini pada rekomendasi yang telah terdaftar sebagai bagian atas 10 perangkat lunak antivirus. Namun, kami komputer diperlambat merangkak ke bawah, dan kami tidak dapat mengetahui apa yang terjadi. Akhirnya, suami saya pergi keluar dan membeli BitDefender (perlu diketahui bahwa tidak ada review terhadap produk ini) atas dasar yang lebih baik mendapatkan tinjauan (Webroot telah terdaftar # 17 dari 17 - LAST mati). Ketika saya bertanya pada Webroot tentang bagaimana perangkat lunak antivirus lainnya malware diambil dari sistem yang mereka telah hilang, mereka bersikeras bahwa saya tidak pernah saya Diperbaharui definisi. Saya melakukannya setiap hari. Saya juga secara rutin memeriksa pembaruan produk.
