CARA MENYIMPAN SUATU DATA DARI MICROSOFT KE DISKET

Pertama-tama ,sebelum kita mengetik/menulis suatu data kita harus melakukan langkah-langkah berikut ini:

1)Kita harus mengaktifkan komputer terlebih dahulu,

2)Klick,program 1x,setelah itu pilih program Microsof yang diinginkan,Klick1x

3)Setelah masuk ke program Microsof yang diinginkan ,kemudian kamu harus mengetik/menuliskan naskahnya.

Kedua ,setelah kamu sudah mengetik/menuliskan naskahnya didalam Microsof yang sudah dipilih.Kamu harus mengcopy/mengesave naskah tersebut didalam Microsof tersebut dengan cara:

1)Naskah yang sudah kamu tulis biarkan saja ,Lalu

2)Klick File 1x,pilih save As Klick 1x,kemudian

3)Masukkan juddul file/naskah di kolom naskah untuk mengetahui data tersebut disimpan dengan judul apa.Lalu Klick save 1x.

4)Lalu keluar dari program microsof tersebut.

Ketiga/yang terakhir,kamu harus mengcopy/mengesave data tersebut dari Microsof ke disket ,Dengan cara sebagai berikut:

1)Klick program1x,setelah itupilih My computer,Klick 1x

2)Kemudian kamu pilih program dimana kamu menyimpan data/naskah yang sudah kamu simpan tadi,setalah itu.

3)Kamu masuk keprogram yang berisi datamu tadi kamu Klick 1x,kemudian kamu cari data yang sudah kamu simpan tadi.

4)Lalu kamu Klick data kamu dengan me Klick kanan,sesudah itu kamu pilih Send to,31/2 floppy(A) Klick 1x.Dengan sendirinya data yang berada diMicrosofakan dicopy masuk ke disket.



How to save a DATA FROM MICROSOFT TO diskette

First, we before typing / writing of data we must perform the following steps:

1) We need to activate the computer first,

2) Klick, 1x program, then select the desired program Microsof, Klick1x

3) After the entry into Microsof the desired program, then you have to type / write naskahnya.

Second, after you have been typing / writing naskahnya in Microsof dipilih.Kamu must have a copy / mengesave script within Microsof in the following manner:

1) Text that is only let you write, then

2) Klick 1x File, select Save As Klick 1x, and then

3) Enter juddul file / script in the script to know the data is saved with the title apa.Lalu save Klick 1x.

4) Then out of the program is Microsof.

Third / last one, you must copy / mengesave data from Microsof to floppy disks, with the following ways:

1) Klick program1x, after itupilih My computer, Klick 1x

2) Then you select the program where you save the data / script that you have been saved before, after that.

3) You enter keprogram that contains datamu before you Klick 1x, then you find the data you have saved earlier.

4) Then you with your data Klick Klick me right, after you select Send to, 31 / 2 floppy (A) Klick 1x.Dengan itself diMicrosofakan data that is copied into the floppy diskette.
